"Mr. Witness" is the fortieth episode of Mr. Young overall, as well as the fourteenth episode of the second season.


After Slab threatens Derby for tattling on him to Principal Tater, Derby fears retaliation and asks Tater for protection. Tater offers Derby a chance to pose as an exchange student from Britain, Simon. As Derby masquerades as Simon, Tater must convince Slab that Derby has actually moved away. As his fake identity, "Simon" turns out to catch the eye of Echo, much to Adam's dismay.Adam trys different ways to get Echo to stop liking Simon but fails!
