Allusions[]
- Invasion of the Body Snatchers - Arthur's plot to replace humans with emotionless robot replicas of themselves is very similar to the aliens replacing humans with emotionless duplicates of themselves in the film. Unlike the movie, however, Arthur just captures the humans and keeps them in one place instead of killing them like the aliens do.
Trivia[]
- Gordon Myren returns as ARTHUR, and he plays a dual role as Bronzon in this episode.
- Mrs. Byrne, despite having no speaking roles or being seen anywhere else in the episode, is seen in the background when the Adam and Echo robots are shown.
- This is her only cameo role in the series, as well as the only episode she appears in with ARTHUR.
- Ivy is shown to still be attracted to Arthur in this episode.
